Riding in Zanesville, Ohio – October 2023

I joined five of my friends (Jerry, Jerry, Dave, Ron, and Harold) to make our annual motorcycle ride. This is the fifth ride that my friend Jerry has organized starting in 2019. I have participated in four of them. I wasn’t able to make the ride last year because we were in the middle of moving to our new house in New Hampshire.

From 2019 – 2022 the rides have been south to Tennessee and North Carolina. This year we decided to head west to Ohio. I rode down from New Hampshire on my new CanAm Spyder RT Limited and then rode with them from Long Island. The first day we rode 575 miles to Zanesville, OH.

There are five scenic motorcycle rides that loop from Zanesville. We were able to ride four of them. One day it rained so we had a down day. We rode the Amish Country Tour, the Hocking Hills Tour, the Triple Nickel Tour and the Wayne Tour.

On the return home we stayed overnight in eastern Pennsylvania. The next day my friends headed east to Long Island and I rode northeast to New Hampshire.

It was a great trip. We are already planning next year’s adventure. I think we are heading south again. Probably to West Virginia.

    1. Thanks! We had a great time. I’m excited for the yearly “Bro Ride” with my friends. One of our regular riders couldn’t join us this year because he now lives in Florida. We hope he can join us next year if we go to West Virginia.
